With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Teresa addresses topics such as Insurance Coding, Office Manager Training and Revenue Growth and Protection. She is a Fellow and Educator for the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries and the American Association of Dental Office Managers. Her memberships include the American Academy of Dental Consultants, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, National Speakers Association and the Academy of Dental Management Consultants. She is the host of AADOM’s popular Virtual Study Club. Teresa received her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management.
Mel graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry with his DDS degree in 1973 and returned for his formal training in dental anesthesiology from 1975-1976. He has over 30 years private practice experience in Toronto, ON Canada with special emphasis on pain control, patient management, medical "red lights" and patients with unique local anesthesia requirements. Dr. Hawkins is a Diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He has been chosen by Dentistry Today as a top 100 CE Clinician for the past 8 consecutive years.

Timothy Donley DDS MSD is currently in the private practice of Periodontics and Implantology in Bowling Green, KY. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Georgetown University School of Dentistry and completing a general practice residency, he practiced general dentistry. He then returned to Indiana University where he received his Masters Degree in Periodontics. Dr. Donley is the former editor of the Journal of the Kentucky Dental Association and is an adjunct professor of Periodontics at Western Kentucky University. He is a lecturer with the ADA Seminar Series. Dentistry Today recently listed him among its Leaders in Continuing Education. He lectures and publishes frequently on topics of interest to clinical dentists and hygienists.
