Position Responsibilities:

This role will support the new service providing a platform for matching newer dentists (mentee) to more established dentists (mentor) for the purpose supporting the needs of each i.e. new dentists are seeking an Associate position or to buy a dental practice and the more established dentists are seeking Associates or to sell their practice.  This new entity will help manage the relationship between the new dentists with the established dentist.  The VP, Dental Practice & Relationship Management position will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and is a key member of the Sr. Management team. The position will provide strategic visioning and leadership; drive the overall strategy in consultation with the CEO with a particular focus in fostering the ongoing relationship between matched dentists; and garner and develop trusting relationships with dentists and other partners to achieve the goals of the organization. Expertly handle issues that arise in the context of the new dentist and established dentist relationship. Frequent interaction with dentists to influence a cohesive synergy between both the new and established dentists. This role will also serve as the dental practice manager and coach of ADA-owned dental offices, providing related services in support of the practice success. NOTE:  This role plays a key part in the success of the program, developing goals and organizational strategies all linked to long-term planning and the attainment of goals to provide a significant source of non-dues revenue.
