Last fall the ADA announced an exclusive endorsement with DRB (Darien Rowayton Bank) that allows ADA member dentists the opportunity to refinance existing federal and private undergraduate and graduate school loans at a lower rate to save tens of thousands of dollars, on average. The new member program has been well-received and many members have submitted applications for consolidation.
ADA Trustee for the 16th District, Dr. Julian H. Fair, III reports: "It is too early to make any judgement, but approval rates so far have been quite good. And, so far, the average savings to an ADA member is approximately $30,000".
