The Board of Dentistry is holding public hearings on Friday, October 9, 2020 on two regulatory proposals. Both proposals are also currently open for public comment through November 13, 2020.
- Administration of sedation and anesthesia: View the proposed amendments to these regulations, which were adopted by the Board on December 14, 2018. The telephonic Public Hearing is scheduled for 1pm on October 9th. Information on the telephonic hearing can be found here. Public comments may be posted through the Town Hall portal.
- Protocols for remote supervision of VDH and DBHDS dental hygienists: View the proposed amendments to these regulations, which were adopted by the Board on December 13, 2019.
