Board of Dentistry Notice to Licensees and Applicants – BOD to cease mailing hard-copy licenses, certifications, permits, and registrations each renewal period
- For those who renew their licensure, certification, permit or registration, a permanent hard copy will be issued that contains no expiration date.
- For those who are approved for initial licensure, certification, permit or registration, a permanent hard copy will be issued that contains no expiration date.
