Upon his retirement as the Director of the Division of Health Care Services at the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services the VDA awarded Dr. H. Bryan Tomlinson the 2016 VDA Partnership Award.  Dr. Tomlinson was honored for his commitment to the importance of oral health for all citizens of the Commonwealth and to his belief and support of the Smiles for Children Medicaid dental program.
