The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts elected VDA Member, Dr. Monroe E. Harris Jr., an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and partner at Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery, as president of its Board of Trustees. Harris will be the first African-American to hold the position in the museum’s 82-year history.
