Compliance: Installation and Registration

The deadline for compliance with the Dental Rule is less than a week away.  By Tuesday, July 14, 2020, dental offices that apply or remove amalgam must have an amalgam separator installed AND must file the Virginia Dental Rule Compliance Form with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.
