The Board of Dentistry is holding public hearings on Friday, October 9, 2020 on two regulatory proposals.  Both proposals are also currently open for public comment through November 13, 2020.

• Administration of sedation and anesthesia:  View the proposed amendments to these regulations, which were adopted by the Board on December 14, 2018.  The telephonic Public Hearing is scheduled for 1pm on October 9^th.  Information on the telephonic hearing can be found here.  Public comments may be posted through the Town Hall portal.
• Protocols for remote supervision of VDH and DBHDS dental hygienists: View the proposed amendments to these regulations, which were adopted by the Board on December 13, 2019.  The telephonic Public Hearing Public comments is scheduled for 1:15pm on October 9^th.  Information on the telephonic hearing can be found here.  Public comments may be posted through the Town Hall portal.
