March 26 Deadline Approaching for Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan & Employee Training
As a reminder, to comply with the DOLI permanent standard, dental offices must have their Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan done and employees trained on the new standard by March 26. Employees need only be trained on the significant differences between the ETS and permanent standard.
The VDA’s Back to Work Taskforce put together a document last summer to help your office become compliant with the new law. This template can not only assist your office in satisfying the new Virginia Department of Labor requirement, but we have combined the OSHA Hazard assessment with the template to fulfill the requirements for both OSHA and the State.
