You are invited to participate in a research study to evaluate your use of single-use plastics. Your participation is voluntary.

In this study, you will be asked to take a short survey and provide answers to various questions regarding your personal and clinical use of single-use plastics and your interest in sustainable options that could replace single-use plastics. You will not be asked to identify yourself on the survey. All responses will be anonymous.
