VDA Urges Governor Spanberger to Postpone Implementation of Dental Medicaid Cap in Virginia
In a Sept. 10 letter to Governor Spanberger, VDA President Dr. Marlon Goad urged her administration to delay implementation of a dental Medicaid cap until after Virginia received necessary federal approvals. Dr. Goad also reiterated the association’s deep concerns about the impact a cap on annual spending will have on vulnerable Virginians.
