Guylyn is the Practice Administrator Commonwealth Endodontics. She is passionate about dentistry and focuses on exceptional patient care and service. Guylyn has worked in dental administration for over 15 years and prides herself on the relationships she has built with her Team. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is currently an MBA candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University. In addition to this, Guylyn is also a SHRM- Certified Professional. Guylyn is also the founder and President of the Richmond AADOM Chapter Study Club, an extension of the nationally recognized organization, The American Association of Dental Office Management. She was recognized in 2018 as Practice Administrator of Distinction by AADOM. Outside of work, Guylyn enjoys spending time with her family camping, hiking and being active.

Passionate about building corporate culture that boost morale and encourages employee engagement. I am the Director of HCM Services at Dominion Payroll. I lead the HR consulting and payroll processing teams. I have been part of the Dominion Payroll family since 2016 and have held various positions throughout my career such as Benefit Specialist, HR Administrator and HR Consultant.
