Course Description (Lecture Style Webinar):

The patient schedule has a major impact on your dental office's production, revenue, and efficiency. In this course, you will discover scheduling strategies that will boost production, advance progress toward your revenue goals, improve patient satisfaction, and decrease stress among the entire team.

Objectives: 
  1. How scheduling affects patient experience, team morale, and the bottom line. 
  2. How to set goals for all departments and why it’s important to have the whole team on board.
  3. How to enhance communication by implementing a morning huddle, weekly leads meeting, and monthly staff meeting.

Susie Silva has worked in the orthodontic and dental fields for over 25 years. She started her career as a Registered Dental Assistant in California and worked her way up to a Clinical Team Leader at one of the largest practices on the east coast. She has managed and coached teams of over 15 employees - so she has seen it all - and she has helped create greatness! Her passion for helping others has motivated her to help offices take their customer service to the next level.
