COURSE DESCRIPTION: You will need to learn more laws, updated treatments, AI, plus new treatments and ways to provide the best care for the patients in our practice. The lack of time and skill among the team to effectively manage systems, along with inconsistent execution, has led to incomplete work due to inadequate preparation. We will review and discuss the systems to help your office establish one that best suits your practice. It is important to note that everyone in the office, from the owner to all team members, is affected by these issues. Insurance companies are not easy to work with and change all the time. The very first thing that you need to do is contact all plans you bill for patients and make sure you get an updated contract for the New Year.
OBJECTIVES:
- Learning how insurance companies are moving towards the Dental loss ratio and diagnostic codes on all Federal Plans.
- Learning to use the updated Medical History for better record keeping and malpractice protection.
- Use of budgets per treatment to increase knowledge of what all patients' visits cost.
- Setting goals for every hour of patient time.
- Talking about virtual assistants, changes that assistants can make within your state to increase their roles.
- The updated hygiene treatment that must be used and documented for every patient.
